Cancellation Policy:

At Matisse, we know that situations happen that are out of your control. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests’ and service providers’ needs, we require that you give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours, a charge equal to 25% of your service(s) will be charged to your card.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours, a charge equal to 50% of your service(s) will be charged to your card.

  • If you cancel the same day or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service(s).

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call the salon, and LEAVE A MESSAGE. We regularly check our messages, and it is important that you leave a message if no one is able to answer the phone. You can also email us at info@matissehairstudio.com.

Deposit Policy:

We will securely file your credit card information. However, if you do not want your credit card kept on file, we require a 100% deposit of your service cost at time of booking.  Cancellation policies apply to deposits as well.

Late Policy:

We ask that you please notify us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Please be aware, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule to ensure that every client has the best experience possible. A 30% late fee will apply.

Referral Policy:

Referrals are a great way to support your local small business! When you refer someone to our salon and spa, you receive $25 towards our products automatically. Your friend receives $20 off a $100 or more service. This discount is redeemable upon their second visit. You can save unlimited referral dollars and use at a later date and they do not expire.
